This is the Hogwarts Office of Student Finances. It is very dark and depressing because it is beneath the dungeons. Now that is darkness! 
This office is incredibly secure and each student (if they want one) is allowed to have a "locker" (not vaults, that is Gringott's)to keep their belongings in. Their locker is for their use. However, you must rent them. They cost the same amount of galleons and the student pays at the first of each month (real-time). Their are currently 20 lockers up for rent. If you want a locker, get one before they're all rented out. All lockers cost 7 galleons per month to rent out!
If you want to rent out a locker, contact the Headmaster stating which locker you want!
If they're all rented out by the time you want one, let the Headmaster know and you will be put on a waiting list.
HOW TO USE THE LOCKERS
Using the lockers is very different. It is mostly for role-playing purposes. Perhaps your character can have an RP that has him/her going down to his/her locker and meeting someone new. Another example of an RP your character could have while in the locker room is that your character could be putting something away or getting something out for a class. The locker is yours to use and how you use it is up to you. Just remember the HNC 10 Commandments!
